Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of the AvailaBell website and the demonstration phone line we make available. By using the site or calling our line, you agree to these terms. AvailaBell is operated by Victoria. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or the line.
What AvailaBell is
AvailaBell sets up AI-powered receptionists that answer a home-service business's phone after hours, qualify the inquiry, and book it into the business's calendar. The phone line on this site is a live demonstration of that kind of system. Paid setup and ongoing service are provided under a separate written agreement, not these terms.
Not an emergency service. AvailaBell is a call-answering and appointment-booking tool. It is not an emergency dispatch service and it is not a substitute for emergency services. If you have a life-threatening emergency, a gas leak, a fire, or any urgent safety situation, hang up and call 911 or your local emergency number. Do not rely on AvailaBell to reach emergency help.
No guarantee of availability or results
We work hard to keep our systems answering reliably, but we provide the service on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee that the line, the AI, or any connected service will be available without interruption, error-free, or able to handle every call. Phone networks, third-party providers, and software can fail or be delayed. We are not responsible for missed calls, dropped calls, booking errors, or any business or other loss that results from the service being unavailable or not performing as expected.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the demonstration line or the site, including by:
- Calling repeatedly or in an automated way to disrupt the service or run up its costs.
- Attempting to overload, probe, or interfere with the line, the site, or the systems behind them.
- Using the line or site for any unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent purpose.
- Trying to extract, copy, or reverse engineer the underlying systems.
We may block any number or visitor that misuses the service.
Disclaimer of warranties
The website and demonstration line are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, AvailaBell and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost business, lost data, or missed calls, arising out of or related to your use of the site or the demonstration line. Our total liability for any claim relating to the site or the demonstration line will not exceed one hundred US dollars.
Intellectual property
The AvailaBell name, logo, site content, and the systems behind the service belong to AvailaBell. You may not copy or reuse them without permission.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the site or the demonstration line will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the site or the line after a change means you accept the updated terms.
