Call Recording Notice

Last updated June 7, 2026

In short: Calls to and from AvailaBell phone numbers are recorded and transcribed. You are told this at the start of every call. If you continue the call, you consent to being recorded. If you do not want to be recorded, please do not continue the call.

What we record

When you call an AvailaBell number, or when our system calls you, the conversation is recorded as audio and converted into a written transcript. This includes anything you say during the call, such as your name, business, contact details, and what you tell us about your needs.

Why we record

Your consent

At the beginning of each call, our receptionist states that the call is recorded. By staying on the line and continuing the conversation, you consent to the recording and transcription. Some US states require that all parties to a call consent to being recorded. The notice given at the start of the call, together with your choice to continue, is how that consent is obtained. If you would prefer not to be recorded, end the call and reach us by email instead at victoria@getavailabell.com.

How recordings are handled

Recordings and transcripts are processed by the providers we use to run the service, including our phone, transcription, and AI providers, and are stored securely. We keep them for as long as needed to follow up with you and run our business, and then delete them on a reasonable schedule. For the full picture of how we handle your information, see our Privacy Policy.

Your choices

You can ask us for a copy of, or the deletion of, a recording or transcript that involves you. Email victoria@getavailabell.com and we will act on your request.
